Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. Times are estimates, not guarantees; delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Multiple shipments
Orders with items from different fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Returns

Changed your mind? You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Here’s how it works:

Request it

Email support@kolivita.com with your order number and the reason for the return, within 30 days.

Get authorization

We’ll reply with return instructions. Please don’t send anything back before you receive a return authorization.

Ship it back

Send items unused, in original condition and packaging, using a trackable shipping method.

Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons — these are clearly marked final sale on the product page. Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or incorrect items

At no cost to you

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@kolivita.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund — including any return shipping costs — at no expense to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (per the steps above) and place a new order. Need a hand choosing? Email support@kolivita.com and we’ll help.

Refunds

How it works
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post it.
Original shipping
Non-refundable, except where an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may return it under the standard returns process above.
